We are hiring a Senior Advisor for the UK retainer book. You will run three to four mandates concurrently — typically a mix of pipeline diagnostics and 6-month playbook engagements.

We are looking for someone who has been a VP Sales or equivalent for at least three years at a SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity company between £5M and £50M ARR. We do not hire from agency or recruitment. We hire from the seat.

We are hiring an Analyst to support the Pipeline Diagnostic engagements. You will spend the first two weeks of every diagnostic extracting and cleaning the client's CRM data, building the deal-level audit, and preparing the readout deck.

We are looking for someone with two to four years in management consulting, banking, or in-house RevOps. SQL and basic Salesforce literacy required. Python or dbt a plus.
