Threshold provides advisory services. We do not execute sales on behalf of our clients. We do not own client revenue targets unless explicitly contracted to do so under a Fractional VP Sales engagement. Our outputs — diagnostics, playbooks, dashboards, recommendations — inform decisions made by our clients' own teams.

Forecasting

Forecasts produced by Pipeline Pulse or by any Threshold engagement reflect a snapshot in time of client-supplied pipeline data. Forecasts are model outputs, not commitments. Actual revenue depends on factors outside our control.

AI assistance

Pipeline Pulse and other Threshold tools use generative-AI models (currently Google Gemini 2.0 Flash) to draft commentary and narrative output. The decision logic — which deals are at risk, which forecasts result, which actions are suggested — is governed by deterministic, written-down rules in our codebase, not by the model. Model output is voice-linted and where possible re-prompted before delivery.

Anonymised case studies

Our published case studies are anonymised at the client's discretion. Where a client is named, naming has been authorised in writing. Numbers and metrics have been verified by the client's finance team.
