1. Who we are
Threshold Sales Partners Ltd (“Threshold”, “we”) is registered in England & Wales with company number 11824629. Registered office: 50 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 5BT. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZA478312.
2. Data we hold
- Identity and contact data of our clients' staff (name, work email, work phone, role).
- Engagement data — anonymised CRM extracts, deal-level audit notes, written engagement work product.
- Marketing-list data submitted via our contact form on this site.
3. Lawful basis
We process client data under a written engagement letter (contract) and our legitimate interests in operating the firm. Marketing communications are sent only on opt-in.
4. International transfers
Our Dubai office processes data within the DIFC and is governed by the Dubai International Financial Centre Data Protection Law 5/2020. Data is transferred between our London and Dubai offices under the DIFC's adequacy framework with the United Kingdom.
5. Retention
Engagement working papers are retained for seven years after engagement close in line with the Limitation Act 1980. Marketing list data is retained until you ask us to remove it.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email dpo@thresholdsales.example to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 calendar days.
7. AI assistance disclosure
Threshold uses generative-AI models (currently Google Gemini 2.0 Flash) to draft outputs that are subsequently reviewed and signed off by a named partner. We do not let unsupervised AI generate client-facing communications. Pipeline Pulse — the weekly automation referenced on this site — applies AI commentary on top of deterministic, written-down rules; the rules drive the decision; the model writes the explanation.
8. Cookies
This site uses no analytics cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. We use one strictly necessary session cookie to maintain admin authentication state.
