Naomi leads the Threshold practice — every retainer reports through her. She moved to Dubai in 2021 to anchor the GCC office and now splits time between Index Tower and our London base.
Before Threshold she ran HubSpot's EMEA mid-market sales team through a 4× headcount expansion. She tracks every coaching note and intervenes directly on any retainer flagged red.
